I've been using it nonstop in my rehabbing of my broken wrist.I had a plate and six screws.Put into my wrist and the occupational therapy has been very tough but working on my scar has been the biggest issue and so warming up my wrist is something I have to do before I work on my scar to help the blood flow into my hand better. I had CMC surgery just shy of 6 weeks ago and why doesn’t PT recommend this??
